Welcome to ResoBuild! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ResoBuild website, application, templates, tools, and related services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

ResoBuild is operated by Resobuild, the legal entity responsible for providing the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ResoBuild. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission. By using the Service, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

3. License to Use

ResoBuild grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our resume templates and tools for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

Premium templates and features are available through one-time purchases. All prices are listed in USD and may change over time.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests can be made by contacting ayanghanta674@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

After the 14-day window has passed, purchases are considered final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. AI Credit Use

Our Smart Writing features are powered by AI and consume ("credits“) per use. Credits are allocated based on your plan and do not roll over between accounts or reset monthly. We reserve the right to adjust AI credit pricing or usage policies at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, code, and features of the Service are the property of ResoBuild and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our assets or branding without express permission.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our Service, including (but not limited to): using bots or scrapers, distributing malware, violating third-party rights, or attempting unauthorized access to systems. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate this policy.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store only the information necessary to provide our service. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and data at any time.

9. Service Availability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, ResoBuild may experience occasional downtime due to maintenance or system errors. We are not liable for any business or job application loss due to outages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse. You may also delete your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ResoBuild is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, or AI output accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResoBuild is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResoBuild, its affiliates, and its staff from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResoBuild is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
